Rules and regulations


  1. Tennis and Pickleball courts are to be enjoyed by players of all ages and all levels of play. 

  2. Courts are available to be booked by members between 7:00 am and 11:00 pm through the online booking system. 

  3. Prime time hours are Monday-Sunday 8:00-10:00 am and Monday-Thursday 6:00-8:00 pm.  

  4. Courts can be booked seven days in advance for non-prime time and four days in advance for prime time.

  5. Courts can be booked in time slots of 30 min.  For booking singles play, a maximum of 1 hour can be reserved.

  6. Members may have a maximum of four active tennis and four active pickleball court bookings at any given time; maximum one active tennis and one active pickleball court booking per day.  (“Active” means future scheduled.  If a court booking time is completed, the member may book another court on the same day). 

  7. As a courtesy to all members, unneeded courts should be cancelled at the earliest possible opportunity.  Court no shows will be tracked and could result in the loss of booking privileges.


  1. Efforts to keep the noise level down both on and off court is appreciated. Loud conversations can be distracting to players. 

  2. Players should be considerate of a game in progress.  When moving to or from the courts to play, wait until play has stopped and then walk around the playing area to get to the next court. 

  3. If a ball rolls onto another occupied court, do not chase after it.  If there is a perceived safety concern that someone may trip on the ball, alert the players on that court.  Otherwise, wait for play on that court to stop and kindly ask for your ball to be returned.

  4. Return stray balls to the rear of another court if play is in progress on that court.


  1. Courtesy and adherence to court etiquette are expected at all times.

  2. Abusive language against other players or staff will not be tolerated.  Abuse of any club equipment or the club facilities will not be tolerated.

  3. Members should assist in keeping the clubhouse and grounds neat and clean.  Dispose of waste in garbage or recycling bins.

  4. Food and beverages in open containers are not permitted on the courts.

  5. Smoking or vaping is prohibited inside fenced area, in clubhouse or on the balcony.

  6. Pets (excluding service pets) are not permitted within fenced area, in clubhouse or on the balcony.


  1. Appropriate tennis and pickleball attire must be worn at all times including non-marking athletic shoes.


  1. Members may bring guests during non-prime hours.

  2. Guests must be registered by name in the booking system.

  3. All guests must be accompanied by a club member and the member or guest must pay the guest fee of $5.

  4. Guests must adhere to all MTC rules and regulations.

  5. A guest is allowed up to three (3) visits per season. Should a guest subsequently decide to join, guest fees already paid will be credited against their membership fee.
